As a registered dietitian, I am dedicated to inspiring others to lead healthy, joyful lives and become the best versions of themselves. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from LaSalle University and am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Integrative Health from Thomas Jefferson University. In my professional role, I serve as a full-time clinical dietitian at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, specializing in neonatal nutrition within the Intensive Care Nursery. My journey began with adult nutrition, where I provided medical nutrition therapy and dietary education for conditions such as cardiovascular disease, chronic kidney and liver diseases, weight management, and more.
During my time at LaSalle, I gained valuable experience working with underserved communities in Germantown, PA. There, I provided nutrition education, assisted with meal planning, and helped individuals from various socioeconomic backgrounds achieve their health and nutrition goals.
I believe that health is unique to each individual, and my mission is to reintroduce the joy of eating into your life in a healthy way. Whether your goal is weight loss, increased energy, overall health improvement, or simply learning to enjoy food in a balanced manner, I am here to support you with the tools and guidance needed for lasting change.
