I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) serving clients throughout the greater Philadelphia area. I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania after completing my bachelor’s degree in sociology and criminology at The Ohio State University. My work is driven by a deep belief in the power of therapy and in each person’s capacity to heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves.
As a social-work-trained therapist, I pay close attention not only to what’s happening internally, but also to the systems that shape our emotional wellbeing—family, community, identity, work, and relationships. The ways we relate to ourselves and to others are central to mental health, and I strive to hold space for both the internal and external factors that influence your life.
Over the years, I’ve worked with an incredibly diverse range of clients in terms of age, gender, sexuality, socioeconomic background, and life experiences. Because of this, I feel deeply able to relate to most clients, and I genuinely love working with a wide and varied population. This diversity enriches my practice and fuels my commitment to providing therapy that is accessible, affirming, and tailored to each individual.
My clinical experience includes training and work in substance use, family therapy, chronic illness, and a wide range of mental health concerns. After several years working in Columbus, OH and later at Penn Medicine in Philadelphia, I opened my own practice to better support people within my community.
Therapy should be a space where you feel safe, understood, and free of judgment. My goal is to create that space for every person who walks through my door, no matter what your goals or challenges may be. I welcome clients of all races, religions, sexual orientations, gender identities, and backgrounds. Whatever you are hoping to work toward, we will find a path forward—together—in a way that fits meaningfully into your life.
