Insurance
Medicare; Quest; Out-of-network benefits
A lot of insurance companies will reimburse a portion of your therapy cost for "out of network" providers like me.
I will be happy help you contact your insurance company to get reimbursement rates and submit out of network claims so that you are reimbursed for a portion of each session cost!
Forms of payment
I accept cash, check, or credit card. You will receive a monthly statement for all services.
