About Me
As a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), I'm passionate about supporting individuals on their journey towards mental and emotional well-being. Currently, I serve clients across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Massachusetts. My practice draws from various modalities I’ve gotten the opportunity to learn and implement at both the inpatient and outpatient levels of care.
After earning a Bachelor's degree from Connecticut College in psychology and dance, I further honed my expertise with a Master's in Social Work from Simmons College where I acquired essential skills and knowledge to provide direct clinical care.
In my practice, I strive to create a non-judgmental space where you can freely express your authentic self. My goal is not only to support you through challenges but also to empower you with tools and skills to navigate them independently. Know that it's perfectly okay to "graduate" from therapy and return for occasional check-ins whenever you need.
